WHAT started off as mission impossible, has now become reality!
Luthando "Lootlove" Shozi said she's living the dream.
After she was announced as co-host of this year’s Metro FM Music Awards (MMAs), alongside Proverb, Lootlove spoke about hosting the show, which airs live on Freedom Day, Saturday, 27 April.
The 35-year-old from Gqeberha revealed that she worked at Spur in Gqeberha during the Metro FM Music Awards in 2006.
During her show with Tbo Touch, she said she served MMA contestants at a restaurant.
"I worked at Spur while I was in matric. There was a time when the Metros went to different cities. It was a big weekend, and all the superstars were in town," Lootlove said.
She said she met big celebs at the restaurant.
"I was busy serving and met K.O. for the first time. I was impressed but had to keep my composure because I was at work. Now, I'm the host" she said.

"This is such a big thing for me. I can’t wait for 27 April."
Lootlove said she found out she was going to be the host while she was live on the show.
"When we were doing our show, I was on the phone. I had to pull myself together, I cried and had a panic attack," she said.
Lootlove joined the Metro FM family earlier this month. She joined Tbo Touch Molefe as co-host on the Touch Down weekdays between 3pm and 6pm.
This is after she left Metro FM in 2021 saying she'll return only when it makes sense for her. Now, she's back and it's like she never left.
Daily Sun contacted Lootlove but she was unavailable at the time of publishing.
