Top actor lands new role!

ACTOR and MC Lesley Musina is about to unleash another side of him with his latest acting gig.

The 40-year-old will be part of a new show, titled The Executives: Leaders Are Born Not Taught.

Lesley said he’ll be playing the role of successful chief magistrate Bonginkosi Khumalo on the show, to start airing on Sunday, 7 August.

The actor took to Instagram to share the great news with his fans.

On Monday, 1 August, he wrote: “#TheExecutives takes us into the world of a powerful and successful chief magistrate Bonginkosi Khumalo, played by @LesleyMusina, who is on the verge of being appointed the next Concourt judge of Ilanga province.”

Lesley will be acting alongside actors including Melusi Mbele, Pam Zulu, Kwanele Mthethwa and Daniel Hadebe. “It starts on 7 August at 7:30pm #SABC1OnLock @mzansi_fosho,” he continued.

He is also known for hosting SABC2’s consumer rights show Speak Out and playing the role of Ndalamo on Muvhango.

His social media followers took their time to congratulate him, including actress Lerato Mvelase, who said he was doing well.

Then Queen commented: “Rich uncle vibes, congratulations nana.”

“It’s about to go boom! Thoroughly enjoyed working with you motho wanga. May this one unlock many more blessings for all of us who poured our hearts and spirits into this,” wrote Refilwe Modiselle.

DJ Pasca added: “Congratulations n’wana mhani, to more moves and blessings.”
