SABC news anchors Aldrin Sampear, Iman Rappetti and Naledi Moleo have joined Newzroom Afrika.
The news channel just announced their new line-up on Thursday, 8 February, and the trio has been added to the weekday line-up. The changes came as Cathy Mohlahlana, Ayanda Nyathi and Thembekile Mrototo left the news channel.
Aldrin hosted Unfiltered on SABC, Iman hosted SABC Full View and Naledi hosted The Agenda.
The changes for the line-up take place from Sunday, 11 February, however, Aldrin, Iman and Naledi will start on Monday, 12 February.
Aldrin and Naledi will be co-hosting AM Report on weekdays. Iman takes over after them for Newsfeed AM.
Aldrin is leaving SABC TV but will still host his SAfm show.
Michelle Craig is also joining and will host Daytime Update, followed by Stephen Grootes on the Newsfeed PM slot. Grootes also carries on as the anchor of The Pulse.
Senior anchor Xoli Mngambi will move to News@Prime. He will be joined by business anchor Tumisang Ndlovu and sports editor Vaylen Kirtley.

Thabo Mdluli will continue to anchor In Focus.
Duduzile Ramela, Mpho Sithole, Masa Kekana and Rachel Makhura will lead the weekend line-up.
The channel is also making some changes behind the camera. Veteran journalist and editor Vuyo Mvoko joins as contributing politics editor.
Broadcast executive, Mapi Mhlangu, joins as the channel’s editorial consultant.
CEO Thabile Ngwato said they are making these big changes because they are celebrating five years of broadcasting existence.
