Nonhlanhla Ngubo’s lawyers is currently cross-examining the investigating officer who can’t be mentioned for bail application.
While being questioned, the witness said that she doesn’t think Nonhlanhla should get bail.
In one of her reasons, she stated that accused three should be denied bail as she might be a danger to the public or witnesses.
The officer also said she has evidence why she thinks accused three might do something if granted bail.
“When I started investigating the case, I went to Gauteng where they work. They were both not at work and I continued with my investigation.
“I found out that they are lovers and when there was a fight between Manku and his late wife Gladys, she would call her husband at work and accused number three would answer the call and curse or insult her,” she said.
