SINGER Simphiwe Dana has apologised to her fans in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape, for cancelling her show.
The Mayine hitmaker was due to perform at Boardwalk on Saturday, 23 December, but cancelled due to logistical problems.
She released a statement on her social media announcing the news.
They said they will inform about the new date next year.

"Further updates regarding the new show date will be communicated through traditional, digital and social media platforms. Ticket holders are encouraged to stay tuned for announcements and direct enquiries to the Black Carrot and Nightingales.
"Simphiwe Dana and the entire team would like to extend their gratitude for their understanding, patience and continued support from her fans in Gqeberha. The teams look forward to delivering an exceptional performance in 2024 that exceeds expectations," the statement said.
The singer apologised to her fans and said she would make it up to them."I am truly sorry for the inconvenience I have caused my loyal fans in Gqeberha. It breaks my heart to have to make this decision, but I want to make sure I give my fans the best experience possible. I promise you that I will make it up to you and deliver an unforgettable show if we reschedule," Simphiwe said.
