RAPPER and TV presenter Molemo "Jub Jub" Maarohanye is a happy man.
The musician from Soweto received good news in the Joburg Magistrates Court on Thursday, 25 April.
This after the musician's defence lawyer, Terrence Ntsako Baloyi, asked for his bail conditions to be relaxed on Tuesday, 22 April.
The 43-year-old will be back on 13 June for the outcomes of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
During the court proceedings, the magistrate asked Baloyi if he needed a passport for which countries and why.
He said the musician has shows in Botswana, Lesotho, and Mozambique.
Baloyi read his affidavit before the court, stating that this is where he'll be performing from June to July.

The state prosecutor said she's not opposing this, and they can hand him the passport.
"The passport can be handed back to him, your worship. I have no objection against it," she said.
The magistrate granted his application by allowing him to leave South Africa to perform in three countries and gave him back his passport.
He said as soon as he was done with his performances, he must hand it over to the investigative officers.
"He would be allowed to leave South Africa for those shows. He must return it back when he gets back from those countries," he said.
Jub Jub's bail condition stated that he must not communicate or attempt to communicate with the victims or complainants.
In July 2023, the musician was arrested on 13 charges, including rape, attempted murder and assault.
The presenter was released on R10 000 bail after he handed himself in at the Brixton Police Station.
