RAPPER Cassper Nyovest kept his promise and knocked Priddy Ugly out.

The musicians faced off in their most-anticipated boxing match on Saturday night, 1 October, and the fight ended in just one round instead of five.

Cassper was victorious once again. He now has two wins and one loss.

The SunBet Arena in Tshwane was filled with tense fans supporting their favourite rappers.

Priddy Ugly entered with his entourage led by his wife, Bontle Modiselle, with his music playing in the background.

Cassper then walked in with his entourage with his song also playing in the background.

The match began and Cassper got Priddy Ugly on the mat in the first few seconds of the match.

He stood up and fought back, but in no time, he was back on the floor again.

The fight ended in two minutes and Cassper was declared the winner by knockout.

Speaking about the match, Priddy said it was exciting.

“It was exciting. I’ve never been knocked out before and I was like ‘oh’,” he said.

“But you could really feel the weight difference, the 20kg difference. It’s also my first time in a ring and I got excited. It was good man,” he said.

Cassper gave him props for fighting with him even though he is heavier than him.

“But you’ve got power man. You hit me hard there in the corner. I was like I need to end this faster because I don’t know what’s going to happen. Big ups to you man. I’m very proud,” he said.

“You took the fight. I’m 20kg bigger than you and you came out here. You have a big heart and I have nothing but respect man,” he said.

Cassper is now calling for a rematch with Naak MusiQ or a match against AKA.

“I still want Naak MusiQ back in this ring. Naak, stop running. Right now, there’s no belt because he didn’t want to contest for it. If it’s not Naak MusiQ, the fight that everybody wants to see is Cassper and AKA, so wherever you are, let’s go,” he said.

Cassper lost against Naak MusiQ in April.
