Filah Lah Lah’s music has made waves on digital platforms.

She said that everyone deals with insecurities in their lives.
“It does help to have a good support structure even if it’s just one person in your life who will tell you that you are unique and special and then having to see it yourself as well,” she said.
She said music was her support structure.
“Music helped me find confidence. In 2020, I had a terrible stage fright, and now I can’t wait to do performances. You just have to do it enough times and no performance defines you; you define you and also have fun,” she said.
She said that she has two singles out - Call Me and Past Myself.
“Past myself is actually short for ‘I can’t see past myself’ which is quite long for a single. It’s a song that was actually written four years ago and only became refined recently. It was written at a time when Filah was at a crossroads and couldn’t see past her problems. It’s a song about shedding and how it can be a painful process but necessary for transformation,” she said.
