FOR most people, juggling careers is a lot of work, but Reyka actress, Mpho Putini-Mandlesilo handles it like a pro!
The actress, singer, radio presenter, mum, and a pastor’s wife spends her days juggling all these titles.
Mpho, who was born and raised in Dawn Park, Ekurhuleni, spoke to Daily Sun about being part of M-Net’s Reyka and bagging two award nominations. She also hosts the afternoon show, Heart to Heart on Radio Pulpit.
“Juggling everything is not easy. Time management is important. You can’t be there all the time, so prioritise. Pay attention the most important, to what you need to do at that time. A good support structure is also important. A supportive partner, like in my case, enables me to do all these things,” Mpho said.

Mpho starred alongside Kim Engelbrecht, Nokuthula Ledwaba, Samkelo Ndlovu, Gerald Steyn and Iain Glen in Reyka season 2 where played a social worker.
“I enjoyed being part of the series, even though it wasn’t for long. Being there and being part of the production was amazing. I watched it since season 1 and being part of the process has been special. We’re all treated so well.
“As I walked in, and when I went for the shoot, I laughed because I saw trailers and thought one day I want my own trailer. Funny enough, I had my own trailer and that was amazing,” she said.
