SBUNOAH is known to always hit the mark through his gospel songs. And he vows that his upcoming single won’t be a miss.
His songs, Ewe Getsemane, Malifezeke and Zundikhaphe have been fan favourites in Mzansi.
Now, the former Joyous Celebration singer is set to release a new song titled Hlala Nami Jesu on Friday, 29 March, as the world observes Good Friday.
SbuNoah, whose real name is Sibusiso Mthembu, said Hlala Nami Jesu is a song about faith and reassurance.
“It's an amazing sing-along and a prayer to God to walk this journey with me. When I create music, it must impact our prayer lives. We live in a fast-paced, busy and environment. When you don’t have time to pray, put on my music and use it while driving,” he said.

The singer is known for creating songs with catchy choruses, and the same is true with his new offering.
“The song has a calming effect. We wanted to create something people would quickly catch up to and allow them to turn the song into a prayer.
“Besides the prayerful lyrics and easy-on-the-ear chorus, you can’t help but appreciate the style of singing from the backing vocals, which resonate with how our parents used to sing during praise and worship. I think that’s another reason people will identify with the song. The sound is also warm and matches the message well. I’m sure my fans will love it,” he said.
“There are many verses where God says, ‘And behold, I am with you’. As you listen to the song and pray while singing along, I hope you’ll feel God’s warm embrace and assurance that, no matter what you're going through, He's always with you, now till the end of time.”
