MUSICIAN and dancer Moonchild Sanelly is back home after her four-month long international tour in the UK, Europe and Australia.

Moonchild, whose real name is Sanelisiwe Twisha, has been performing at the most notable shows including Glastonbury Festival, Gorillaz supporting act, Afronation, Pukkelpop and Down the Rabbit Hole.

She told Daily Sun that though she had been overseas before, this had been her greatest international tour.

“My experience of the tour was amazing, especially seeing people singing along, who speak a different language from mine,” she said.

The 34-year-old singer said she was happy that some people from Mzansi were also at some of her shows to give her support.

“We had a wonderful time abroad. We did London, Manchester, Amsterdam and many other areas; around 30 cities and we had fun.”

Moonchild shared that the tour was all about growth and making big moves.

“I know that one day, I will get my Grammy. They have been showing me love. My team is always going out for me,” she said, adding that she was already preparing for next year’s big shows and also in studio.
