XOLANI Khumalo, known for his drug-busting work on Moja Love's Sizokuthola, returned to the Palm Ridge Magistrates Court on Thursday, 19 October, for his second appearance.
The presenter, who is out on R20 000 bail, is facing charges of murder in the case involving a suspected drug dealer, Robert Varrie.
The state prosecutor told the court that police have completed taking statements and the postmortem results have been submitted.
The case was adjourned until 21 November, pending a decision by the director of public prosecutions on whether the matter should be transferred to the High Court for trial.

The family of Varie were among the people who were inside the court along with Xolani's supporters.
A Varrie family member said they want justice.
Nompumelelo Nozozo, Xolani's supporter from Wedela in Carletonville, said the presenter is helping to fight drugs in Mzansi.
“Hands off Xolani. We'll be supporting him throughout this case. Our children are dying because of drugs and Xolani has been doing a great job fighting these drugs,” Nompumelelo said.
Xolani handed himself over at the Katlehong North Police Station on Tuesday, 19 September, where he was officially charged with the murder of Robert.
Robert allegedly lost his life during the recording of the Sizokuthola show in July.
