THE memorial service details of the wife of late gospel star Sechaba Pali have been revealed!

The award-winning gospel singer and songwriter lost his wife, Nompilo Kunene, in a tragic accident on Sunday, 10 September in Thabong, Welkom in the Free State

The memorial service will be held at The Blood of Jesus Family Church in Jeppestown, Joburg on Thursday, 21 September. The service will start at 12 noon.

On Wednesday, 13 September, the Pali and Kunene families released a joint statement confirming Nompilo's death.

"To Sechaba Pali's global supporters, it is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Nompilo Kunene, beloved partner to our son Sechaba Pali, who lost her life after succumbing to her injuries due to a car accident with our son, Sechaba present with her, also suffered bodily injuries this past Sunday, 10 September in Thabong, Welkom," reads the statement.

The family said they have lost a sister, a mother, a wife, a daughter, a gospel artist. They believe Heaven has gained an angel too.

"Tears can be dry, but memories will never forget, deepest condolences to Pali's family," read the statement. 

The family said any offering is welcome. The funeral details have not yet been revealed yet.
