THERE is still no bail for the six accused in the murder of Amakhosi defender, Luke Fleurs.
The accused, Ndumiso Ndura Moswane (26), Fernando Nando Sive (25), Nhlakanipho Dlamini (21), Franky Xaba (25), Maredi Mphahlele (36) and Thembinkosi Hlanikhawu (31) appeared in the Roodepoort Magistrates Court on Tuesday, 7 May.
The case was postponed to Tuesday, 14 May for further investigation as the investigating officer, Nare Moloto wasn't feeling well.
The accused are charged with murder with common purpose, robbery with aggravating circumstances, and defeating the ends of justice.
State prosecutor, Paseka Temeki said the investigating officer was in court but wasn't well.
"His voice isn't well. We'll have to postpone this matter your worship," he said.
Magistrate Delise Smith said the case will be postponed to Tuesday.
She said his voice won't be able audible enough to be recorded.
"He's here in court. He has flu and can't be heard well. He has to respond to all the needed information. We can't carry on today and must postpone it until 14 May," said Smith.

NPA regional spokeswoman, Phindi Mjonodwane said: "They are still waiting to see the outcome of the investigation by the investigating officer. Yes, according to the police, other suspects are still out there.
"We're still waiting for the investigating officer to share more details," she said.
Fleurs was killed during an alleged hijacking at a petrol station in Florida, Joburg, on Wednesday, 3 April.
Gauteng police arrested the six suspects on Wednesday, 10 April.
