MULTI-TALENTED Mmamohwibibu "Majoy" Ledwaba is proud to be from the dusty village of Ga-Madiba in Limpopo.

The Afro-pop and amapiano singer said this time around, she can’t wait to perform for the crowd at this year’s Moretele Tribute Concert.

The music extravaganza concert will celebrate 25 years in Mamelodi, Tshwane, on 7 October.

“I'm excited and can't wait to perform in front of my fans. This will be the second performance at the concert since 2009.

"I'm promising fans that I will rock on stage and give them a lifetime performance," she said.

Majoy said this is the best moment for her to be part of the big event.

"It will be great to interact with legends and young artists during my performance," she said.
