KAIZER Chiefs defender Luke Fleurs' alleged killers will appear at the Roodepoort Magistrates Court in Joburg on Friday, 12 April.
This comes after the Gauteng police made an arrest on Wednesday, 10 April.
Luke was killed during a botched hijacking at a petrol station in Florida, Joburg. The footballer died at the age of 24.
On Wednesday, 10 April, the police arrested six suspects who they believe to be the ones who hijacked and murdered Luke in Soweto, Joburg.

The team was appointed by the Gauteng Provincial Commissioner-Lieutenant General Tommy Mthombeni to trace and arrest the suspects who allegedly hijacked and killed the Kaizer Chiefs defender.
Gauteng police spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Mavela Masondo confirmed that they had arrested the six suspects.
"The six suspects were traced and arrested in Slovoville, Soweto, in the early hours of Wednesday, 10 April 2024, while the vehicle that was already stripped was recovered on Monday, 8 April 2024. Police believe that the suspects are part of a syndicate that is responsible for car hijacking in Gauteng, and the search for more suspects is continuing," Masondo said.
