Vocalist Judith Sephuma is celebrating and honouring South African artists who have been part of her music career.
On Friday, 25 March, she will host an event called Legendary Night.
This year, she will be sharing the stage with singer, songwriter, guitarist and producer Selaelo Selota at the Theatre of Marcellus at Emperors Palace.
The first Legendary Night was hosted last year with Brenda Mtambo at the same venue.
Judith has worked with Selaelo on a number of projects, producing hits such as Enchanted Gardens and A Cry, a smile, a Dance.
“He is one of the most amazing and talented artists, producers and songwriters I have ever worked with. I just want to celebrate him for the wonderful things he has done for my career.
“My career has honestly been great because of the foundation he laid. So it is only befitting to honour and celebrate him now, ” said Judith.

Selaelo needs no introduction to the music scene.
He is the brains behind the song Thrrr...Phaaa! a song that made waves all around the country on radio and at music festivals.
Judith and Selaelo’s work relationship dates back to when they were both at the University of Cape Town.
Selaelo also wrote nine songs on Judith’s debut album A Cry, a Smile, a Dance which is also one of Judith’s most memorable hits.
He also worked with Judith on her album Change is Here.
Selaelo said: “I am honoured to be invited to be part of Judith’s Legendary Night.
“It’s more than 10 years since we last shared the stage with this talented queen and this is going to be a very special moment. More than anything, I am more excited about how the interpretation of the songs will be, since I wrote some of her defining sounds,” he said.
“The audience can expect a concert that will surely go down as one of the best concerts they have seen in a long time. I might just add a few new songs, who knows,” said Selaelo.
The show is already sold out.
