JOE Moth just needed a break from the entertainment industry, now he’s back with two major presenting gigs.

The 31-year-old star from Limpopo, whose real name is John Mothemane, has been quiet for the past two years.

Now he has landed a presenting job on Soweto TV and is also about to launch his new podcast called Bloma Stele with Joe Moth.

Joe spoke to Daily Sun about the podcast, which will be broadcast on YouTube.

"I will be sitting down with some of the biggest athletes, celebrities and influencers to talk about their achievements and personal issues. But we are going to spice it up a bit and throw in a few games.

"This podcast will give today’s luminaries a place to speak openly about triumphs and failures on their journey to stardom and provide inspiration for listeners. What inspired us to do this is that all these podcasts out there are just pure gossip and have no positive impact on young people. We want to change that," Joe said.

He said they have a variety of guests who will be part of the first season.

"We have some big names on the show who will share their experiences with us like DJ Obza, Skeem Saam actor, Jerome Slim Du Plooy, Abdul Khoza and social media sensation Dimpie Dimpopo. There will be many more, but we don’t want to give too much away now," he said.

The podcast is set to premiere in February 2024 and Joe will also be hosting a new show called The Big Reveal on Soweto TV.

"It's something I’ve always wanted to explore when it comes to my presenting skills. We will be talking to people who have problems and need help, especially people who have asked for help from other broadcasters but haven’t got any, hence the name. We will reveal whether these shows have helped these people or not," said Joe.

The creative said he’ll also be releasing new music in 2024.

"My plans for 2024 are massive. I am working on new material with DJ Active and also have a studio session with Angolan DJ, DJ Dino Bravo, a legend in the music industry. And last but not least, we will be launching Moth Digital Marketing, which will take care of digital marketing and SEO for companies," he said.
