ACTOR Joe Kazadi has bid goodbye to popular drama series Scandal!.

Joe, who charmed ladies with his physique and by speaking French, was killed by the Kubeka family on Friday night’s episode.

He took to social media to thank Scandal! for giving him the opportunity, as well as his fans.

“I received the news of playing Mukuna Ngandu last November, and immediately cancelled my holiday plans to focus on reading scripts,” he wrote.

“It was easy when we resumed work because I knew most of my lines. All I had to do was make them my own then get into character. Thank you @officialetvscandal and all the beautiful fans of the show,” he added.

The Kubekas killed Mukuna because he had engaged in human trafficking using their assets, and manufactured evidence that made it look like they were accomplices in the dealings. After trying to get rid of the evidence but failing, they resorted to killing him.

On social media, viewers were sad about Mukuna dying, but most were hoping that he would rise from the dead and torment the Kubekas.

The channel also announced his death, saying: “The Kubeka family is in trouble with the dangerous Mukuna, and have to work together to get rid of him once and for all. Vukile (Fana Mokoena) decides that Mukuna must die. He and Nomvula (Slindile Nodangala) hatch a plan in which they kill him in an explosion on 20 May,” said e.tv.
