HULISANI Ravele is gracing Radio 702 for two days.

She was holding the fort on Afternoons with Relebogile Mabotja from yesterday, 16 January, until today, 17 January.

Sharing the news on social media, the 34-year-old said it was one of the things she manifested for the new year.

A few minutes before going on air, she wrote: “I’m nervous. The good nerves.

“The ‘I respect this moment’ nerves.

“I am incredibly humbled to be trusted with this platform.

“Thank you so much for ALL your messages of encouragement and well-wishes! I feel your light and love and I will carry them with me.”

The radio station then released a video previewing what listeners could expect.

In the video, she said: “Good afternoon, a happy Monday to you, my name is Hulisani Ravele.

“I am from 947, 702’s sister station.

“I have the privilege of standing in for Relebogile while she’s away on holiday.

“She’ll be back with you again on Wednesday.

“I have kept some of your favourite things in place.

“I didn’t come here to ruin things too much.”
