MZANSI gospel singers have shown Metro FM presenter, Tbo Touch some love. 

He hosted a gospel concert called the Replenishment Concert on Saturday, 22 October and on Sunday, 23 October, the singers took to social media to praise him, saying it was iconic. 

The show saw musicians such as Benjamin Dube, Joyous Celebration, Ntokozo Mbambo, Hlengiwe Mhlaba, Lebo Sekgobela, Winnie Mashaba, Dr Tumi, Dumi Mkokstad, Sbu Noah, Takie Ndou and HLE taking the stage.

Sbu Noah posted snaps from the concert and said he’s so proud of Touch. 

“Let them downplay it all they want, but what @Iamtbotouch pulled yesterday was nothing short of iconic! Dare I say legendary? Knowing all the challenges you faced makes me so proud! God did it man!!! And He used you mightily!!! Thank you for your obidience! I’m still in awe,” he wrote. 

Choir Joyous Celebration also thanked the radio DJ. “Last night was beyond amazing! A special S/O to @iamtbotouch for making this concert happen! We were replenished, refilled and refreshed,” they wrote. 

Pianist, Siyanqoba Mthethwa said Touch must keep on flying. “You did it big, bro!!! It was absolutely amazing!!! I was on stage with Joyous Celebration and I couldn’t help but marvel at what a success it was!!! Keep flying,” he wrote.

The presenter also took to social media to thank God and the people who worked with him on the concert. 

“Firstly, give thanks to the almighty God for enabling us to create jobs during such difficult times. The #replenishmentconcert procured services from over 38 companies. Yesss 24 are female black-owned. Our company staff, the amazing artists line-up, and the real superstars of the show! These group of gentlemen that built the #replenishmentconcert stage & production. A big thank you and go home, get some rest because we are back next year again,” he wrote.
