REALITY TV personality and sangoma Gogo Maweni has spoken out about being dragged following actor SK Khoza’s disturbing videos.

This comes after social media users accused her of reporting the former The Queen actor to her ancestors, apparently leading to his life taking a turn for the worse.

The videos have since been trending on social media, where the actor can be seen behaving erratically and trying to attack people.

Speaking on the Ukhozi FM breakfast show on Wednesday, the Izangoma Zodumo cast member admitted that she went to her indumba to talk to her ancestors.

She revealed she had two baby daddies who were not doing anything for their kids.

Then co-host DJ Sgqemeza asked if she was surprised that she was trending for allegations that she had something to do with what SK was going through.

And she replied: “To be honest, I wouldn’t because there was a message that I posted in January. The post said: ‘If my kids don’t eat, no one will eat.’ I made it a point in January that this year, I’m doing things differently.”

She said she always advised people to ask their ancestors to deal with their burdens.

“If you feel that something is beyond your control, talk to your ancestors and God. Ask them to deal with it. I cannot be concentrating on somebody when I’m supposed to be concentrating on myself. So, I went endumbeni. As I’m doing a lot of things for my ancestors, I can’t be tortured or taken advantage of while they exist. And that’s what I did,” said Gogo Maweni.

She added that she would never call her baby daddy and ask if he would pay child maintenance, insisting that she had made peace with it.

Sgqemeza further asked if the second baby daddy was also going through the most, to which she replied: “Yes, we can say that, shame. He’s going through a lot.”

Gogo Maweni said in a statement: "Various accusations have been brought to the attention of Dr Maweni surrounding a concerning video involving Mr. SK Khoza. These false accusations suggest Dr. Maweni practiced ill-will against Mr. Khoza.  As a Doctor focused solely on healing all people and empowering women, Dr. Maweni would like to distance herself from all and any malicious accusations.

"The matter concerning Mr. Khoza is entirely his business and does not involve Dr. Maweni. Furthermore, Dr Maweni would like to wish the best for Mr. Khoza in order to happily co-parent to their beautiful child. Previous social media posts were said in jest and had no malice to them." said the statement.
