THE pre-Easter Gospel music festival will take place on 31 March.
Heavyweights such as Babo Ngcobo, Thina and his son, Ndumiso Zungu, Xoli Mncwango, Phindi P, Ngokozo Ngongoma, Sindi Ntombela, Jumbo, Once Moresix will be part of this Festival.
Four Pastors, Lungi M, Thomas Radebe, Prophet S Msingama and Bishop SP Ndlovu, will preach on the day.
Event organizer and gospel star Gah Ndlela told Daily Sun that this is the fifth instalment of this gospel festival.
"The purpose of this Gospel festival is to thank God for everything he has done for us. In the last two years, we couldn't host due to Covid 19. As such, a lot of people did not survive it. I'm one of the lucky ones who survived it," said Gah.
He said that all the gospel artists confirmed their attendance.

"What is even more exciting is that almost all these artists in the lineup have released new songs, and they will be performing these new songs for the first time at the event. This means gospel fans will also get an opportunity to sample the new songs for the first time," said Gah.
He said that there is also a surprise guest.
"For now, I will not tell who it is. This person is quite popular and very much loved in the gospel industry. The person has a big profile, but we will only reveal the name on 31 March," he said.
The event will be at Covenant Fellowship Church International (CFCI ) Theatre, formerly known as Durban Christian Center (DCC) Berea, from 6 pm until late.
"We chose this venue because it accommodates any weather. So we don't have to worry about the heat or rain. So we are inviting and encouraging people to be part of this celebration," Gah added.
