ACTOR and stunt performer wants to teach young talents the way into the industry.
Sonnyboy Ndlovu will be hosting acting workshops on how to be good as a stunt actor on Wednesday, 28 June.
The actor from Daveyton, Ekurhuleni, who played the role of Tshepo on Isibaya, said he saw a gap in the market, especially for stunt performers.
He told Daily Sun he wants to take young people off the streets.
Sonnyboy boasts of stunt coordinating season 3 of The Estate and Gomora.
"I just want to help young actors live their dreams.
"I'm a stunt and recently performed on Shaka iLembe. This is something I love doing," he said.
Sonnyboy said he chose to host the workshop in his kasi.
"I hate seeing youth getting themselves into drugs. They are no longer interested in doing sports, arts, and culture by hosting this workshop. I'm hoping to inspire them and bring hope to them that they can change and follow in our footsteps," he said.
He said he wishes to open a Stunt Academy in Benoni, Ekurhuleni.

"I want to plug them into the film and television industry. Nowadays, these youth party a lot and their lives are being cut short.
"Seeing them prospering and following their dreams of being stars would make me happy. With the help of GFC (Gauteng Film Commission), it becomes easier for us to host such events in our kasi," he said.
His message to young talents is that they should focus on their studies.
"They can be whatever they want to be if they put more effort into everything they do and focus more on doing great things. Sport, arts, and culture are key," Sonnyboy said.
