SOUTH African award-winning actor and singer Clint Brink has released a new song.
The track, Promise, is dedicated to his wife.
Brink is popularly known for his roles in Binnelanders, Backstage, Scandal! and Generations.
The 43-year-old said he wrote the Afro-beat and R&B song with David Mutanda.
“The song is about the admiration and love a man has for a woman. In this case, this is the admiration and love I have for my wife,” he said.
Clint said he juggles acting, singing and being a husband and father.
“I'm still acting. I finished Scandal! in 2014 and started as a lead actor on the flagship show for KYKNET, Binnelanders, where I've been Safta nominated for Best Actor on a soap, which I won in 2021,” he said.

Clint said he loves both acting and music.
“I love both the same. They're different forms of expression for me that offer different experiences and means of connection,” he said.
The actor said being in media space can be challenging, but one must know who they are.
“Remain true to yourself and being authentic can be challenging. People are so desperate to make it that they'll do whatever they need to achieve it that they would even end up paying with their souls.
"I don't share that mindset. I've always believed in working hard and being honourable and let my work speak for itself,” he said.
