FANS of vocalist Samthing Soweto are concerned about him after he posted a video, saying life was tough.

He posted it on TikTok which resulted in people asking the singer, whose real name’s Samkelo Mdolomba, to speak up and not take his own life.

“I just wanted to say life is tough man. Let’s try and take care of each other as much as we can. It’s not easy. Take care of your family. Life is really tough. My name is Samthing Soweto, that’s it, sharp,” he can be heard saying in the video.

Some people said they did not recognise him as he did not look like the Samthing Soweto they knew. They also showered him with messages of love and motivation.

Langa Paul wrote: “Kuzolunga boy, take it out of your head that you are an artist. Just live normally. They will laugh but it won’t be forever. Keep well, bro.”

Ntulit5 commented: “Stay strong; I can see you’re not well but be strong bafo, siya kuthanda la ngaphandle.”

Duduzile Faith Macu was also worried.

“How can we help? Like he says, let’s take care of each other. Let’s start with you, young man,” she wrote.
