FORMER Sizok'thola presenter Xolani Khumalo will appear in the Palm Ridge Regional Court in Ekurhuleni on Thursday, 22 February.
Xolani is facing a charge of murder, but the state has added two more charges of robbery and damage to property when he last appeared in court in November 2023.
Xolani, who is out on R20 000 bail, is facing charges of murder in the case involving a suspected drug dealer, Robert "Kicks" Varrie (49).
The state prosecutor Pheello Vilakazi told the court the case would be moved to a regional court.
He said, according to the complainant, three people allegedly assaulted the Kicks.
"All the witnesses must attend the court, and an identity parade should be conducted to establish who the other two assailants are. The members of the TV show who were present on that fateful day must stand on the identity parade," he said.

He said any footage taken by the camera crew must be obtained and handed in as evidence at the SAP 13, where exhibits are kept.
"A seasoned prosecutor must be allocated to this matter to lead the investigation and conduct the prosecution," the prosecutor said.
Xolani's lawyer, Advocate Prince Mafu, said they'll be following the investigation in light of the accused's rights.
Kicks was declared dead after being interrogated during the filming of Sizokuthola in Katlehong, Ekurhuleni, on Wednesday, 19 July.
He was later dropped off at the Thelle Mogoerane Regional Hospital in Vosloorus, Ekurhuleni and succumbed to his injuries.
Xolani's contract with Moja Love was terminated in 2023. This after he allegedly failed to answer questions posed by the channel. The channel had questioned him about his knowledge and involvement in the unlawful conduct that led to the contamination of the crime scenes, failed prosecution of the known drug lords and unfortunate tragedies that followed the filming of certain episodes.
