A POPULAR organiser has survived a suspected petrol bomb attack that left his home in ashes.

The Limpopo-born promoter, Masale "Derek" Lebepe (37), has been left heartbroken and homeless after the incident at Mohlakamosoma Village, Bolobedu in Limpopo on Sunday, 27 August.

He told Daily Sun that it is only now that he's able to speak again after experiencing the shock of his life.

He said he was asleep in his house when the incident happened after he returned from Mohlao's, also known as "Konka Lite", a nearby pub where he holds his annual events.
