EVENT organiser and DJ Sphiwe "Picat Da Italian" Mashiyane is determined to take the people of Ekurhuleni to Italy.
He will be hosting his annual event called The Italian elegant experience on 15 July.
With more than 10 years of existence, the event is what the masses are looking forward to.
Picat Da Italian told Daily Sun that this year, the community of KwaThema and surrounding areas will again get to experience elegance as the event will take place at Bahama Bar in Ekurhuleni.
“It's a very classy party with the best house music DJs in South Africa. This event is like no other as it works on developing local and foreign talent. A mix of seasoned experienced DJs like Vinny Da Vinci, Christos, and up-and-coming acts will grace the event,” he said.
Picat Da Italian is known for his high fashion tailored suits and sophisticated style while delivering soulful sounds to his fans.
The DJ said his passion for music began at a very young age.

"I started my career at an early age playing mix CDs and cassettes. I then went on to spin records with the help of the late DJ Monde, Sanders, and Baba Dez," he said.
Picat Da Italian said he has been perfecting his craft for years while helping up-and-coming DJs to kickstart their careers.
“It all began with the elegant tour which was a concept formed years before the Italian brand was born. In the early 2000s every year when it was my birthday, I'd gather all my DJ friends from around to come to celebrate the day and we would dress up for the occasion with the most stylish setups. Over the years the brand grew to be what it is today," he said.
Organiser Mduka "Vinyl DJ" Matsu said this is a world-class event, adding that they are ready to host Mzansi party lovers.
