IN RECENT weeks, many people expressed their dissatisfaction when after having a taste of Big Brother Mzansi following its premiere, DStv decided to cut off some of its packages from accessing the 24-hour channel for the show.
This season of Big Brother Mzansi has been talk of the town, with housemates bringing in big personalities and drama for viewers. It has been unpredictable from the onset, including a triple eviction last weekend.
And to ensure that no one misses out or has to follow everything on Twitter to keep abreast, DStv has decided to grant access to the channel.
“Access family, great news for you; if you’ve been following the action on social media under #BBMzansi, you can now tune in live to see for yourself what the housemates get up to. From Monday, 21 March until the finale, DStv Access customers can see Big Brother Mzansi shenanigans, uninterrupted, on DStv channel 198. There’s no excuse to miss out on the action,” read the statement.

Although the new season has twists and turns, with shower hour also back, host Lawrence Maleka previously told Daily Sun that the show was the same as the previous seasons.
“The thing about the format of the show is that it never changes; it stays the same. What makes it different is the people who come in as contestants.
“There’s a bit of everyone in the house – introverts and extroverts, people who are trying to find themselves and more. This year, major changes are the production house as it’s not the same one that produced previous seasons, the host and contestants,” said Lawrence.
