CONTROVERSIAL DJ and influencer Honour Zuma (22), popularly known as Cyan Boujee, has allegedly assaulted her manager, Wellington Malete.

Her manager took to social media to announce that the DJ allegedly attacked him.

In a statement he wrote on Facebook, Wellington said that after everything he had done for Cyan, that is what he got.

“I got attacked because she wants payments before gigs while she doesn’t pitch for gigs. I got attacked because she's demanding to get Mercedes A45 under my company and said No, I got attacked because I know how to manage my money and she doesn't,” he said.

Wellington said that Cyan was fully booked for the whole of December.

“Mind you, most of her gigs are nothing less than R20k, and today, she doesn't have anything in her account. When I ask her what she did with her money, I was attacked."

"I got her gigs in Cape Town, she didn't even attend one and yesterday I got attacked because she was demanding money from South KOREA booking,” he wrote.

In a voicenote posted online, Cyan and the manager are heard arguing before the alleged attack.

Cyan took to her Instagram stories to tell her side of the story in a video and refuted the allegations.

“This is my side of the story. Boujee life of Cyan episode 12 of 152. I just want to tell you guys that you know me by now. If I beat up someone, I will own up to it. How am I beating a 49-year-old, it doesn’t make sense."

She confirmed that Wellington was working with her as a manager.

“This was my manager, and I’m gladly no longer working with him, moving to an agency. He must feel that he is that special,” she said.

Cyan said didn’t have the time to explain what happened the day of the alleged attack.

“I can’t put a face to you guys and say No I didn’t do it. Believe it or not, I'm moving on, I’m elevating. My team and I could’ve said so much because we were all present there, but we really don’t have the time."

She ended by saying her fans must choose their sides.

“It’s either you are staying with the team, or you are moving to the victim’s side bro,” she said.

Mpumalanga police spokesman Donald Mdhluli said: “There is no case registered at Hazyview this week by the alleged victim. We are still checking if on previous weeks there had been any."
