The court also ordered him to remove all defamatory posts from the internet.
- The court order read: “The first respondent is hereby interdicted and restrained from making any defamatory allegations against the applicant and/or injuring her dignity, by way of the publication of any statement in any form, including but not limited to letters, internet posts, on Twitter, TikTok, Facebook or any other social media, on radio station Umhlobo Wenene (SABC), and the like, which statement is the same or similar to, or which respectively reflects, upon the applicant.
“The first respondent is ordered to remove and delete all posts on all his social media platforms and the internet (including videos) that are defamatory of the applicant and to remove and delete all and any posts and comments made in response thereto in so far as it is in his power to do so pending final determination of action proceedings to be instituted by the applicant.
“The first respondent is compelled to make and publish an appropriate retraction letter and an appropriate apology for all insults and impugned defamatory publicised statements against the applicant. The first respondent shall be liable for the costs of this application,” read the court papers.

Nokuzola said: “The court has spoken and it’s a huge relief for me.”
But Daluxolo said he is not prepared to apologise.
“I’m not prepared to apologise yet because I’ve been wronged by Mndende.
“I am not happy with the judgment and I’ll be appealing,” he said.
