THE popular and controversial Podcast and Chill with MacG is set to go international.

This as hosts MacGyver “MacG” Mukwevho and Solomzi “Sol” Phenduka will be travelling to the UK to record an episode of the podcast.

They will travel to London, Manchester and Birmingham from 15 to 17 July.

MacG and Sol mentioned in their previous episodes that they would be travelling to the UK but did not give dates at the time.

Now, they’ve announced the news on their YouTube channel, adding that they could not wait to see their fans, whom they referred to as Chillers, in the UK.

“To all UK Chillers, we can’t wait to see you,” they wrote.

This left their fans proud of them for reaching an international stage, and those in the UK eager to meet them ¬- even asking that MacG brought with him his gin brand, Grandeur.

Intokazi yoMZulu applauded them for not giving up.

"South Africa wasn’t ready for this, hence the hurdles in the beginning. Well done for not giving up and believing in your vision. Your consistence, ownership and power are truly inspiring,” she wrote.

A fan in the UK, Dust, said he had been waiting for this moment.

“I think I was the most irritating Chiller asking for the dates. I’m super excited guys, and please bring Grandeur. Some to gift and a lot to sell. We are fully supporting you. Ayeye,” he wrote.

Another fan Blinky M welcomed them.

“A very British welcome to you guys. All those cities are such a vibe and I’m sure you will leave with even more new Chiller fans and a wider perspective of the world,” she said.

Then Rudo commented: “Yay! Can’t wait. Please bring us Grandeur.”
