SOCIAL media users are calling for rapper Cassper Nyovest to have a boxing match against actor Siv Ngesi.

Siv has been requesting to fight Cassper and Big Zulu on social media platforms for months, but they both haven’t responded to him.

Now, people have taken it upon themselves to suggest him to Cassper. And because of this, Siv ended up trending on social media on Monday and Tuesday, 3 and 4 October, with people saying they were tired of seeing him being ignored.

Cassper fought and won against rapper Priddy Ugly on Saturday, 1 October, and he has been saying that he’d like to challenge someone else – either AKA or Naak MusiQ again.

However, neither of them have responded, except for Siv.

Twitter user Iphendule M told Cassper to leave AKA and Naak alone, and rather challenge the actor.

“Siv has been on your case about it. Leave AKA alone and focus on those who want you. Accept Siv’s challenge qha qwaba,” he wrote.

DJ Jawz said Cassper was ready to fight someone like him.

“Siv! I think you’re ready now. Nobody else. That will be a fair fight; the rest is just a waste of time because you are way better at the sport than them. It’s like Oscar Mbo challenging Finzo ka high jump. None of these guys are fit enough to fight you; go for Siv, chief!” he wrote.

Then Tenacious Dick Mahogany asked him why he was ignoring Siv.

“I ask again. Why is Siv being ignored? I want him in that ring with heels on, chom’,” he said.

Cassper responded, stating that he was noting the suggestions and he liked them.

“The whole country is talking about boxing today. I love it. Already working on our next fight. I see the names y’all sending me. I like the ideas. I’ll be back in the ring soon,” he wrote.
