"I'm a freelance chef who ensures people are taken care of. This is in me, and I love giving my customers an unforgettable experience," she said.
"For me, this collaboration came at the right time as I just started going all out and introducing new things to the clubs and other establishments. It's a great thing to collaborate, and when I approached them, they loved the idea," Chef Pammy said.
She said they launched Mogodu Monday on 25 September, where big names in the industry were blown away by the "Private School Mogodu", as Chef Pammy likes to call it, and people are loving this.
"It was a very big launch for us. Many people were here during the launch, and we hope to keep winning their hearts, especially this time of the year," she said.
Chef Pammy said she studied at the HTA School of Culinary Arts in Joburg in 2017.
She said she also landed an opportunity at the DSTV Trader Academy, and this is where they were taught about entrepreneurship programmes.
