BUSINESSWOMAN, author and social activist Jackie Phamotse will be sentenced on Tuesday, 26 March.
This comes after the Joburg-based author briefly appeared in the Randburg Magistrates Court on Tuesday, 5 March.
The 34-year-old's case was then postponed as witnesses had to share their side of the story with the court.

During the court proceedings, Basetsana Kumalo said her soul was tired and that it was an emotional ruling for her during the cross-examination.
State prosecutor Yousuf Baba said this must serve as a lesson, and Phamotse must know the consequences of her actions. While probation officer Xoliswa Budaza from the Gauteng Department of Social Services said she appeals that Phamotse gets a lighter sentence.
Phamotse was previously found guilty of defamation against media personalities Basetsana and Romeo Kumalo, after being charged with crimen injuria, defamation, and contempt of court.
