RASTA's art is once again in the spotlight.
But this time, instead of painting a portrait of someone who has died, he did a portrait of someone who is still alive.
And he did it in front of millions of viewers.
Rasta appeared on Uzalo on Friday, 9 March, where he did a portrait of Sibonelo Mhlongo, who was played by Wiseman Mncube.
Rasta, whose real name is Lebani Sirenje, said he was honoured to be part of Uzalo. He said this is something he'll cherish for a very long time.
He said he never expected to be featured on such a popular show.
"I didn't expect to do a painting of someone who is still alive, especially as I'm used to and known for painting people who have died. I still had to focus and be really me. Yes, emotions do come but they are controllable," he said.
The Zimbabwean-born artist said he had to act during filming.

He said he was mourning with the family during Sibonelo's memorial service.
"I also cry while paintings the portraits. I feel the pain of those who have lost their loved ones. I know losing a family member is painful," he said.
He said he handed the portrait to Sibonelo's mother, Gabisile Mdletshe-Mhlongo, who is played by Baby Cele.
Rasta said they have an art group where they do collaborations. He said he has collaborated with different artists on the African continent.
"I'm a self-taught artist and proud of my calling. I do this with pride and joy," he said.
