ARTIST manager and presenter Nota Baloyi is happy to be alive.

The controversial promoter shared that he was hit by a car while riding a scooter in New York City, USA.

The 33-year-old businessman told Daily Sun that the incident took place near his home in Harlem at 3.30pm on Saturday, 2 September. 

"The accident happened on West 115th Street & Frederick Douglas Boulevard. I was taken for treatment at Mount Sinai St Luke's Hospital.

"I was discharged with no serious injuries that evening at 9.30 pm. This was after X-Rays, CT scans and ultrasound test were done to check for internal injuries," he said.

Nota said nothing major happened.

"A car rammed into me while I was riding my scooter," he said.

He also shared some information and photos on his social media platforms, updating his followers.

Nota is the managing director of Urbantainment. He is the man behind big stars such as Kwestam and Makwa Beats. 

The music executive started out as a rapper and later decided to be behind the scenes and manage artists.
