GAGASI FM has been dumped by yet another DJ.

Sunday Devotion show host Nomfundo Xaba, affectionately known as Mfundo Da Dazzling joins the list of other DJs who have dumped the KZN-based radio station.

The DJ said there's no greener pastures, but she’s left the station to focus on her business.

She said she started her business two years ago and now wanted to give it her full attention.

“There's nothing bad happened. There's no bad blood but I had to take a tough decision to leave after giving it some serious thoughts,” said Nomfundo.

She had joined Gagasi FM in 2012 through the talent search Top Star competition, taking over from Siya Mhlongo who left to join Ukhozi FM.

Nomfundo said she loved her job.

“I'll miss my listeners and colleagues. That was a perfect environment to work in,” she said.

Gagasi FM spokesman Khulekani Shandu said station DJ Khulekani Mbambo would host Nomfundo's show at this stage.

"We wish Nomfundo well and for now, the show will be hosted by Khulekani who does 9am to 12 pm on weekdays," he said.

Gagasi was dumped by DJ LeSoul early this year, followed by news reader Bongani Gina.

LeSoul wanted to focus on her music, while Gina joined the communication department of uMhlathuze Municipality in northern KZN.
