SIBUSISO "Sbundengese" Mahlangu is grateful to be a member of Team R5.
He said he has learnt that life is too short and should be enjoyed to the full.
SbuNdenges from Soshanguve, Tshwane, said he joined the popular Barcadi Team R5 in 2021.
The 40-year-old artist said that he has released a 10-track Afro-pop album called Mending Broken Pieces because it has always been his dream to do Afro-pop.
He said he's versatile because he also does barcadi, amapiano and gospel music.
The multi-talented artist, who is also an actor, radio and television presenter, motivational speaker and businessman, said he's a loving father and husband.
"My career is going well even though it's difficult at times, especially because I don't have a sponsor, which makes it expensive to release and market the projects," he said.

Sbundengese said being an artist is not easy because you have to work extra hard to make good music that resonates well with listeners.
He also said there is music competition and it's vital to give fans the best sound.
"Becoming an artist has always been my childhood dream. I always try my best to position myself and become a good artist," Sbundengese said.
He said that people should wait for his film to hit the theatres soon and that he does not want to reveal anything about it at the moment.
Sbundengese said that his best moment in the entertainment industry is featuring in the reality TV show on 157 Moja Love called Rekere, which airs every Saturday at 8.30pm. He said they're currently working on the second season of the show.
He said that 2024 will be his best year as he wants to release more music.
He said he released his first Afro-pop single called Ngizokulinda in 2019 and the second song called Ngithanda Wena in 2021.
