ACTRESS Bubu Mazibuko has hinted that she’s finally given birth.

The Yizo Yizo actress amazed people when she announced her first pregnancy in May at the age of 47, and her latest Instagram post alluded to her being a mum.

She posted a series of photos showing her baby bump and said she misses those times.

“Time flies! I miss this time but loving where I’m at now, sleep-deprived as I am. When a baby is born, a mother is born,” she wrote.

When announcing her pregnancy, she said it had been a tough journey.

"I was going to detail the hardships of this journey for us and I probably will write about it one day. But today, all I want to express is gratitude. Thank you to everyone who held our hands through this long process. Family, friends and particularly our fertility doctors.

"Thank you. This has to be one of the happiest times of my life. We can’t wait to meet you,” she wrote.

Months later, she shared photos of her baby shower which was also attended by actress Bonnie Mbuli.

Bubu has been living abroad with her husband Langa Masina for the past few years.

In July, her family and friends in Mzansi also held a baby shower for her without her presence. Former The River actress Tango Ncetezo was also part of it.

“To love and to be loved. Focus only on that. This is love. A baby shower in our honour back home in South Africa. Thank you everyone for this honour and gift. I felt the love all the way in California. Thank you all for showing up for my mother too,” she said.
