I recently tested positive for an STD.
I’m on treatment and was advised to encourage my partner to get tested.
I’ve not given him his treatment yet. I’m scared of his reaction as we’ll have to deal with the possibility that he’s been unfaithful.

By not speaking to your partner, you risk reinfection, making it difficult for the medication to work.
You also put yourself at a bigger risk for getting HIV by not addressing unsafe sex in your relationship.
