MALETSATSI SHOULD WAIT A LITTLE LONGER

accreditation

THE FACTS

MALETSATSI Rachochi from Monsterlus in Limpopo says she applied for electricity from Eskom but that her application was rejected.

She said she was asked to pay R15 000 for a transformer. She came to me for assistance.

WHAT I DID

I contacted Eskom officials.

SOLUTION

Eskom said the customer was not approved because she lives more than 80 metres away from the source. She was told she would be connected through line strengthening since she was unable to afford the quotation given.

This means Maletsatsi will receive electricity. She just needs to be patient.
