WE really hope you’ve been enjoying the second season of Sun’Ceda as much as we have!

Tonight, our multitalented host Stoan Seate will meet Tshepo Mphokane from Diepkloof in Soweto, who runs a gym in his community.

Speaking to Daily Sun, Stoan said he enjoyed filming this week’s episode.

“I even had a training session with him, which was very intense because he knows what he is doing. I am excited to see how far he takes his business in the next coming months,” he said.

“Tshepo is well-deserving of this. He’s one of those kasi unsung heroes. He does a lot of work with the South African National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence to turn kids away from drugs using fitness as his tool through his boot camps.”

Besides equipment, the Bongo Maffin group member said they also assisted Tshepo by bringing in another surprise.

“This was to help him spread his message across about his gym and his amazing cause of keeping kids away from drugs,” he said.

Stoan said Tshepo was speechless.

“I am excited to see what he achieves, especially now that a slightly higher number of people are allowed in gyms.”
