Maftown Heights returns home to the birth place of Motswako genre again this year.

This edition will take place in collaboration with Mahika Mahikeng on Saturday, 7th December 2018, at the Mmabatho Stadium in Mahikeng.

One of the organizers of the Mahika Mahikeng Clive Mathibe mentioned that there would be a special 1 hour tribute that will paid to the King of Motswako Jabulani "HHP" Tsambo who passed away this year in October.

"Maftown Heights will be coming home again for the second time in row this year and we are very proud to have made that possible."

"This year it will be more special as it will be paying tribute to the fallen Motswako King who just left us a month or so ago, HHP. We saw it fitting to bring an all star Motswako Hip Hop group will be collaborating on a HHP tribute that's never been seen before with a Live band." said Clive.

The 9th annual Maftown Heights festival will take the same format and attendees can expect to see the biggest acts in the country on a world-class stage in Mahikeng.

The magnitude of what Maftown Heights is today and the significance of the festival going home in its 9th year is not to be missed!
