Lesotho-born rapper and singer Morena Leraba has been hailed with making Sesotho hip hop fashionable.
The renowned musician features on Harare, the latest single from experimental rock band BLK JKS, and got tongues wagging as one of the headlines at the previous edition of Afro Punk.

According to Black Major, the shepherd turned music extraordinaire, he is currently working with a live band that includes Thamsanqa Ngwenya on vocals and marimba, Bronwen Clacherty on percussion and vocals, and Molefi Makananise on bass guitar in preparation of his much-anticipated album.
This music is influenced by home-grown experiences of growing up in Maseru and everyday living. He was also been praised by European journals including Oslo World for his splendid combination of African folk and electro music.
