VUSI Nova wants to show fans his wild side as he spreads his wings.
The Afro soul singer now caters for amapiano fans, and is doing it with style.
Speaking to Daily Sun, he said he has given himself another name, Snova, which he described as his alter ego.
“Snova is wild and crazy. He sings amapiano and is very hot. My fans will be amazed by how crazy Snova is.”
Vusi said fans will experience a side of him they weren’t aware of.
“My fans know me as a decent man who sings gospel and Afro-soul. I’m sure to some parents I’m the kind of person who is suitable to marry their daughters because of my decent look. But I’m an artist, I have many sides and I’m sure this crazy side of mine will take the music scene by storm”

On Friday, 19 November, he’s expected to launch his first amapiano single, Shuku Shuku at Rich and Famous Lifestyle and Bar in Joburg.
He revealed he was working on releasing his amapiano EP in January.
Elaborating on Snova, he said his dress style was different.
“He dresses in bright colours and even his hair defines his wildness. He even dances crazily on stage. It’s more like Mzekezeke and DJ S’bu although S’bu never confirmed to be Mzekezeke.”
Vusi said as an artist, he could sing any genre because he was gifted musically and singing amapiano was a business decision.
“Amapiano is the hot genre right now. Any singer who thinks business can venture into it. So if a person says I do this because of business purposes, I’d agree.”
He said Shuku Shuku will be available on all digital music platforms.
“It’s crazy. Some DJs have even asked me to add it on their playlists,” he said.
