LAUGHTER, fun and tears of joy were the order of the day at the prestigious Feather Awards.
The pink carpet was rolled out at the Market Theatre on Thursday, 11 November, and celebrities came in their numbers to support, inspire and celebrate the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and intersex community.
Looks were served as media personalities such as Lethabo Joy, Ayanda Ncwane, Phupho Gumede Kardashian, Aaron Moloisi, Johanna Mukoki as well as couple Dr Musa Mthombeni and Liesl Laurie-Mthombeni graced the pink carpet.
The ceremony was kicked off by an electrifying performance by musician and activist Amstel, who had the audience on their feet. Others included Tamara Dey, Lady Du and Holly Rey alongside the Mzansi Gay Choir.
