MUSIC boss and legendary kwaito singer, Arthur Mafokate is recovering home after spending some days in hospital.

He shared a picture on Instagram of himself in a hospital bed and told his fans and followers that he wasn’t well.

The Mnike hitmaker thanked the medical team who helped him and said he hadn’t been well from Tuesday, 16 November.

“Thanks to the humble and dedicated medical team at the hospital, and to all of you that have been wishing me well since Wednesday after reading my WhatsApp status. Like the message said I will not respond to you all, but I read all your messages and appreciate all your support, may The Lord bless You in abundance,” he wrote.

He told The People’s Paper the past week had been bad for him.

“Last week was terrible with all sorts of complications and scary symptoms. It wasn’t Covid-19 though and I wasn’t diagnosed with anything,” said Arthur.

However, he said: “I am getting there, I’m recovering and I am home now,” he said.

The singer also mentioned on his post that he didn’t tell his parents he wasn’t feeling well, because he didn’t want to stress them.

He told SunTeam:“They would have panicked and it would have affected their health in return.”
