A FAMILY needs help to find missing gogo Linah Rammutla.

It's reported that 63-year-old Linah from Thokoza extension 2 in Ekurhuleni went for a social gathering on Sunday, 31 March, but did not return home.

According to the family, Linah was a member of three societies and when she left the house, she said she'd be back after 5pm.

David Mosia said they called the members of the three societies, but they all said they never saw his aunt.

"Some members told us that there was no meeting scheduled for 31 March. We're concerned about her whereabouts and hope she returns home safely," David said.

David said his aunt has disappeared without a trace and her three children cannot cope.

"The situation at home is bad because her children are traumatised. We have been looking for her in hospitals and mortuaries, but we cannot find her," he said.

Police spokeswoman Captain Neldah Sekgobela said the matter has been reported to the Thokoza cop shop.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of gogo should contact investigating officer Detective Sergeant Phuthang Mokwena on 078 464 3176 or the nearest police station. Alternatively, they can contact Crime Stop on 08600 1011
